The River Renaissance Penthouse can be found in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. Because of it’s historic value, the architects faced many guidelines and approval from the Third Ward Architectural Review Board. The Penthouse features Honed Black Granite and Mayotte Marble accented with wood paneling.
