Beaumaniere limestone was first born millions of years ago in tropical seas. Calcium carbonate is created and builds up surrounding grains of sand or bits of coral or shells, cementing the pieces together. Eventually limestone is formed. Beaumaniere limestone is quarried in France. The attractive soft tone of Beaumaniere is valued for architectural stone panels. With StonePly panels, the aluminum panel reinforces the limestone. In fact, Stoneply panels have 60 times the impact strength of limestone panels that are not reinforced.
Beaumaniere limestone is a stunning natural stone. Best suited for interior applications and for some protected exterior applications, Beaumaniere limestone provides a classically attractive look. StonePly panels of Beaumaniere limestone are a lot easier to handle and attach. Beaumaniere limestone has a fine, vaguely grainy consistency and a soft warm color.
Beaumaniere translates to so beautiful in english.
